Being cooped up in a darkroom for hours up to my armpits in dodgy photographic chemicals has never been my favourite pastime. Consequently, when desktop computing came on the scene, my 40 year collection of some 18,000 negatives and slides became a whole new world to explore with ease and in comfort. My interest in photography was rekindled if not to say enflamed.
